Terms and Payment Conditions
- Rent payment must be completed prior to the check-in date
- For long-term agreements, rent is payable by the 5th day of each current month
- Short-term rent is payable in advance and is non-refundable
- The rental price is valid for the specified periods and cannot be calculated based on individual nightly rates
- Cancellation of long-term rental is possible with one month’s written notice
- A one-month deposit is required for long-term agreements and may be deducted from the invoice for the final month
